Mmmm, Alfredo!

Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo
                                                                                      Ingredients:
1/2 box fettuccine noodles. Cook as directed.
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (or 1/2 tablespoon dried)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer untill it thickens (usually 5-8 minutes), then add garlic and cheese and mix in quickly. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix with cooked fettuccine noodles, garnish and serve.

 

Garnish
1 lemon cut into wedges
1 diced tomato
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
