Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup apple juice
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Cut off the pineapple skin until it is a "smooth" a cylinder shape. Cut that into six spears. Mix the soy sauce, apple juice and brown sugar together in a large releasable plastic bag. Place the pineapple into the marinade and push out any extra air before sealing it. The apple juice mixture should coat the entire pineapple inside of the bag.
When ready, place the pineapple on a hot grill. Use a silacone too to remoisten the pineapple as you turn it. Cook until golden brown. Enjoy!
