Julia Child
Just in case you didn't know, Julia Child was most famous for intoducing French cooking to the American public. Her debut cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, breaks down the basics of French cooking and goes on to teach more advanced French dishes. Why am I mentioning Julia you may ask? As you might have already known, Julia Child was instrumental in influencing the way Americans cook.
